UCARE was established in 2018 by its Founder James Teague who has always had a heart to serve the least, the lost, and the leftout. His vision to have an organization that takes a holistic approach to impacting the lives of those less fortunate has been the focus of our key initiatives. Prior to the formal formation of UCARE this was accomplished through outreaches that included: community block parties, financial literacy classes, back-to-school giveaways, career fairs, Thanksgiving giveaways, Christmas giveaways, and community revitalization.
